"Thank you again for all your help. You motivated me to want to do it and that was another huge step for me along the journey.  It just goes to prove that if I can do it, anyone can do it.  If you had told me last year that I would weigh 40+ less this year, I wouldn't have believed it. I really just took it each day and did the best I could with eating and exercising.  Some days were better than others but I stuck with it and it worked. Anyway, I'll definitely send you copies of my after pictures and perhaps we can even get together to "celebrate" my success.  And nothing could be more accurate than it has to "Start With The Inside"! - Michelle
